"According to the Law of St. Petersburg No. 419-81 "On the introduction of a resort fee on the territory of St. Petersburg", from April 1, 2024, a resort fee of 100 rubles per day will be charged from individuals over the age of 18 who plan to stay at the Hotel for more than 24 hours. They are exempt from paying the fee:
• persons awarded the titles of Hero of the Soviet Union, Hero of the Russian Federation or who are full holders of the Order of Glory;
• persons awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor or Hero of Labor of the Russian Federation or awarded the Order of Labor Glory of three degrees;
• participants of the Great Patriotic War;
• combat veterans from among the persons specified in subparagraphs 1-4 of paragraph 1 of Article 3 of the Federal Law of January 12, 1995 No. 5-FZ "On Veterans";
• persons awarded the badge "Resident of besieged Leningrad", persons awarded the badge "Resident of besieged Sevastopol", persons awarded the badge "Resident of besieged Stalingrad";
• persons who worked during the Great Patriotic War at air defense facilities, local air defense, on the construction of defensive structures, naval bases, airfields and other military facilities within the rear borders of active fronts, operational zones of active fleets, on frontline sections of railways and highways, as well as crew members of ships of the transport fleet interned at the beginning of the Great Patriotic War in ports of other states;
• war invalids;
• family members of the deceased (deceased) war invalids, participants of the Great Patriotic War and veterans of military operations, family members of persons killed in the Great Patriotic War from among the personnel of self-defense groups of object and emergency teams of local air defense, as well as family members of deceased employees of hospitals and hospitals of the city of Leningrad;
• persons who were sent to ensure the fulfillment of tasks during a special military operation in the territories of Ukraine, the Donetsk People's Republic and the Luhansk People's Republic from February 24, 2022, who completed the deadline set for the direction or were seconded ahead of schedule for good reasons.
• persons exposed to radiation as a result of the Chernobyl disaster, as well as as a result of nuclear tests at the Semipalatinsk test site, and persons equated to them;
• disabled people of groups I and II;
• persons accompanying persons with disabilities of group I and children with disabilities in accordance with Federal Law No. 178-FZ of July 17, 1999 "On State Social Assistance";
• low-income families, low-income citizens living alone and other categories of citizens provided for by Federal Law No. 178-FZ of July 17, 1999 "On State Social Assistance", who have an average per capita income below the subsistence minimum established at their place of residence in the relevant subject of the Russian Federation;
• persons who are members of families (single-parent families) with three or more children (including adopted children under guardianship) under the age of 18.
• persons who arrived on the territory of the experiment in order to receive specialized, including high-tech, medical care or medical rehabilitation after providing specialized, including high-tech, medical care in the conditions of sanatorium-resort organizations, as well as their accompanying person if the patient is a child under the age of 18;
• patients with tuberculosis;
• persons under the age of 24 who study full-time in educational institutions located on the territory of the experiment;
• persons who are permanently employed on the territory of the experiment on the basis of an employment contract or service contract;
• persons who have a place of residence on the territory of the experiment;
• persons who own residential buildings (shares in ownership of them) and (or) residential premises (shares in ownership of them) on the territory of the experiment;
• athletes, coaches, sports referees, as well as other specialists in the field of physical culture and sports who arrived to participate in official sports events on the territory of the experiment.
Exemption from payment of the resort fee is carried out upon presentation at the Hotel of the original document confirming this right, or its copy certified in accordance with the established procedure.
