Now you no longer need to leave your beloved pet at home. We share your love for animals, so we are happy to announce that Rossiya Hotel has joined the Pet Friendly project.
When booking your stay, select “Accommodation with pets,” and our managers will help you choose a suitable room.
Conditions:
Guests are allowed to stay with one or two pets.
Guests staying with pets must have a valid veterinary passport in the required format and a current certificate from a veterinarian confirming all vaccinations, and be prepared to present these documents upon request.
You must also bring a mat or carrier for your pet, food and water bowls, and a litter tray.
To make your stay as comfortable as possible for you and the other hotel guests, we have established a few simple rules:
Please use the Pet Friendly door sign during your stay at the hotel with your pet.
Please feed your pets using the dishes you have brought with you.
Do not leave your pets unattended in your room, the lobby, or anywhere on the hotel premises.
Do not wash your pets in the room's bathtub or shower, and do not dry them with the hotel's towels, sheets, or bed linen. Please arrange your pet's care in advance and bring everything you need.
Guests with disabilities are permitted to stay with guide dogs assisting them, regardless of the dog's weight.
Hotel staff reserve the right to refuse accommodation with a pet if the animal displays aggressive behavior.
The additional fee for accommodation with a pet is 1,000 rubles per day.
A deposit of 5,000 rubles is required upon check-in.
